Rodney Utt is the President of Utt Construction Inc. and has been a licensed General Contractor since 1981. Building projects have included all phases of residential and commercial work including additions/remodels for retail businesses, banks, schools, recording studios, and numerous private homes. Utt Construction Inc. has an in-house Cabinet Shop that also has been in operation since 1981. Utt Construction Inc. is a member and currently sits on the board of the Santa Barbara Contractors Association, and Rodney Utt was the 2005/2006 President of SBCA. Sonja Tone (previously Utt) is the Secretary/Treasurer of Utt Construction Inc. and has worked with Rodney since 1987.
